Return Process

Request a Return: Please contact us at info@kiaraventrella.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
