Please ensure the address on your order is correct. We are not responsible for an error in address but will do our best to rectify the situation if we’re notified within the hour of ordering.

Taxes & Duties - All U.S. import duties, taxes, and fees are pre-paid at checkout and included in your total purchase amount. This means no surprise charges upon delivery—the shipment will clear U.S. Customs under the required regulations, and your package will arrive directly to your door with all government-mandated fees already settled.

All applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
